Taihu Lake Boat Feast can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn Period. According to legend, the prince He Lu often held boat feast in TaihuLake, the boat feast started since that period. The feast also prevailed in late Qing dynasty.  


Over the past hundred years, the feast was quite popular especially inWuxiandSuzhouregion. Formed with rich features of delicious food in Jiangnan water village. Boat food cultured is authentic, "fresh" is one of the most important aspect.
